This summer, the American Red Cross Live Life. Give Life. summer promotion is helping to raise awareness of the constant need for blood and to encourage regular donations. Upcoming Blood Donation Opportunities for Morrison County will be from noon to 6 p.m. on May 23 at Motley United Methodist Church, 847 3rd Ave So Lane, Motley.
Upcoming Blood Donation Opportunities for Todd County will be from 1 to 6 p.m. on May 25 at Bertha High School, and from noon to 6 p.m. on May 31 at the VFW Post 8391, Highway 71, Browerville.

A blood donor card or driver's license, or two other forms of identification are required at check-in. Individuals who are 17 years of age (16 with parental permission in some states), weigh at least 110 pounds and are in generally good health may be eligible to donate blood. High school students and other donors 18 years of age and younger also have to meet certain height and weight requirements.
