Benefit planned for man who lost foot, lower leg
A Sebeka man, formally from Chaska, Minn., was severely injured in an agricultural machinery accident on Friday, March 11.
Anthony Lawrence Fischer, 23, of Sebeka got his leg caught in an auger, and as a result, Fischer's foot and lower left leg were severed.
A benefit will be held from 6-9 p.m. on Saturday, April 2 at the Sebeka Legion. All proceeds will go to offset expenses from the accident including but not limited to equipment modifications, special need items and other uncovered expenses. This event is a nonprofit event sponsored through the Sebeka Legion and First National Bank of Menahga and Sebeka.
